This legendary establishment is one of the few breweries in Central Europe that has been brewing continuously for over 500 years. During the communist rule, the brewery was nationalized, but in 1991, after the fall of the regime, the original owners—the Brtník family—regained control of the restaurant and brewery. Today, U Fleků stands as both a cultural landmark and a beacon of traditional Czech brewing and cuisine.
